For Emily, communication isn’t just a career, it’s a calling. A natural born storyteller, Emily’s passion is crafting holistic marketing strategies that deliver impactful, unified messages across all audiences. Her love of pop culture and visual drama combined with a gut-sense for creating buzzworthy experiences have become her calling card, helping move brands beyond the traditional marketing campaign to fully engage consumers and build legions of loyal followers.
Emily’s career has spanned multiple industries including gaming, hospitality, retail development, travel and tourism, academic healthcare, aerospace and nonprofit brand management. Her experience stretches across media relations, consumer marketing, brand activations, social media, employee communication, crisis and reputation management, executive communication, government relations and corporate social responsibility. Emily has held senior-level positions at Caesars Entertainment and global gaming supplier Aristocrat Technologies. She has spearheaded projects as diverse as new property openings, developing global brand campaigns and launching A-list resident artist shows such as Celine Dion and Britney Spears. Emily is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago.
Kelly Frey | Managing Partner
Entertainment is Kelly’s passion. Whether it’s launching a multi-million dollar production, securing major media for well-known or up-and-coming artists, supporting local theater, promoting tours or managing international film festivals, Kelly’s heart and soul live in the entertainment industry. She gives her all to every project and every client, and prides herself on providing a personalized, sincere approach. For Kelly, ultimate satisfaction is seeing her clients succeed.
Her background includes time spent overseeing entertainment public relations and social media for Caesars Entertainment where she was responsible for the PR strategy for more than 30 shows at eight casino-resort properties in Las Vegas, including resident artists such as Celine Dion, Elton John, Rod Stewart, Shania Twain, Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Lionel Richie and more. She has held publicity positions with the Sundance, CineVegas and AFI Film Festivals, and her most recent post was as the in-house publicist for Nashville-based management company Sandbox Entertainment, whose clients include major country superstars Little Big Town, Kacey Musgraves and Dan + Shay. Kelly is a recipient of VEGAS INC’s prestigious “40 Under 40” award and graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University.
Stephen Will | Account Supervisor
Stephen Will is a public relations professional with a decade of experience helping brands discover and tell compelling stories rooted in authenticity. Industries of expertise include hospitality, luxury, food and beverage, entertainment, business, non-profit and publishing. Will’s roster of clients has included The Venetian Las Vegas, Golden Nugget Las Vegas, Caesars Entertainment, AEG Live and Madame Tussauds, for whom he has launched all-encompassing strategic communications campaigns to heighten brand awareness and favorability.
Will relocated to Las Vegas from New York City, where he worked in communications, development, and media relations in the non-profit industry for organizations such as the American Civil Liberties Union and Doctors Without Borders. He began his career as a publicist in publishing, where clients included thought leaders in finance, business strategy, marketing, healthcare and literary fiction.
Will has a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University in Montreal, where he studied Political Science and English Literature.
Tara Trovato | Account Director
Tara boasts more than a decade of experience in public relations and public affairs spanning multiple industries – hospitality, travel and tourism, mining, manufacturing, energy, special events, education, professional services, commercial recycling, medical marijuana, healthcare and more. Her ability to create and deliver strategic campaigns and her strong media relationships have paved a path for success for clients like Grand Sierra Resort and Casino, Hot August Nights, Barrett-Jackson, America First Credit Union, LVMPD Foundation, Mesquite Gaming, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Truckee Meadows Community College, Frey Ranch Estate Distillery and more.
Over the past five years, Tara has provided public relations support for two-time Olympic gold medalist and four-time X Games gold medalist David Wise. The earlier days of her career were spent promoting Las Vegas where she worked on several award-winning initiatives supporting the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. Beginning in 2011, Tara spearheaded the award-winning crisis communications efforts for the tragedy at the National Championship Air Races, coordinating media relations on behalf of the event and helping organizers regain financial solvency for the event to return following the accident in 2012.
Tara earned a degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations from the University of Nevada, Reno.
